HIRAGANA/KATAKANA Memory Hint Flashcards is designed to support students to learn Hiragana/Katakana in a fun way using mnemonic pictures. They link the shape and the sound of Hiragana/Katakana characters to a familiar word, image, and/or concept in English.

This project by the Monash Japanese Language Education Centre will showcase a number of easily accessible short videos of people who have used or are using Japanese language as part of their career, job, life or experiences. It aims to showcase a diverse group of people who have interacted with Japanese language in a range of ways.

This website provides not only many speaking-practise videos, but also grammar explanations and sample sentences for studying Japanese, and vast amounts of photos and quizzes to learn about Japanese culture.
These resources are developed for high school Japanese learners, therefore some of the contents may not be suitable for younger students.
